على المستوى النظرى نتنبأ بالفعل و لكنا عمليا نقيس رد الفعل لذلك الفيزياء النظرية تسبق الفيزياء التجريبية فالفيزياء النظرية تعمل كقاطرة تسحب ورائها عربات الفيزياء العملية و لكن هذه القاطرة ذات قوة جر عملاقة لذلك أحيانا تسحب باقى عربات الفيزياء العملية لأمان وعره جدا نصارع لسنوات للخروج منها 

Practically, the universe is expanding. Going back in time, the universe contracts until we reach the point of origin where the entire universe was compressed into a space smaller than a proton. That was the beginning, then suddenly for some reason, the components of the universe began to expand, which is the moment of the observed universe's birth, where time and space began to appear after everything was merged together into a highly compressed zero point of mass, energy, and charge. But what is the reason that pushed the components of the universe to expand and come out of the zero point and continue to expand to this huge extent? Simply because there are two possibilities, the first being the absolute regularity and extreme compression, and the second possibility is the state of scattering and chaos. Since the possibility of chaotic order is always greater, the universe began to expand automatically and move from the highly regular zero state to the most likely state. However,

But what caused the components of the universe to expand and come out of the zero-point and continue to expand until now in this huge way? Simply put, there are only two possibilities: the first is the state of absolute regularity and extreme density, and the second possibility is the state of scattering and chaotic disorder. Since the probability of disorderly arrangement is always greater, the universe began to expand automatically, moving from the highly regular zero-state to the more likely state.

 يفترض أن البنك الدولى يمثل هدف نبيل و هو مساعدة المجتمعات الفقيره المتعثرة فى الخروج من عثرتها من خلال إقراضهم الأموال لكى يتحولون إلى مجتمع منتج قادر على الاعتماد على نفسه و تستفيد ما عليهم من قروض و الانطلاق نحو حياه أفضل و لكن عمليا فى أغلب الحالات يفشل البنك فى تحقيق هذا الهدف النبيل و على العكس من ذلك تزداد المجتمعات المقترضه فقرا حتى تصل للإفلاس التام رغم أن البنك الدولى يحاول وضع الشروط التى يرى أنها مهمه لتحقيق أهدافه و لكنه ينسى أو يتناسى أهم شرط و هو أن الأنظمة الديكتاتورية تحمل فى بنيتها الأساسية كل مقومات الفشل حيث يسود الفساد و تعلوا المصالح الشخصية لقلة منحرفة من الفاسدين الذين يقودون بلادهم بالحديد و النار و يفرضون قيودا على الحريات و بالتالى يتلاعبون بموارد بلادهم و بالقروض التى يحصلون عليها و غير مسموح بمحاسبتهم أو المشاركة الحقيقية بالرأى لذل على البنك الدولى أن يعرف أن أهم شرط يجب أن يتحقق قبل الموافقة بمنح القروض هو أن يكون النظام الذى يقدمون له القرض نظام ديمقراطى حقيقى يقبل بحرية التعبير و الشفافية و المحاسبه و استقلال السلطات فيه لأن هذه أهم شروط النجاح و جوهره
